Joe Hello, I have a Kenmore washer and when I put it on regular wash it starts to agitate then fills with water and leaves the clothes soaking wet when its done. If I put it on any other wash type it works fine. I replaced the timer( W10187167 Washer Timer) once and it was fine for a while but now it is doing it again so do I need a new timer or do you think it could be something else? Thanks.
Answer Joe, Timers don't fail, that often, and the likelihood of it failing the sane as the previous timer is even more unlikely. First check and make sure the top of the drain pipe is high enough(39 -40 inches off the floor) check the water level switch and air tube for loose connections kinks twists, etc. then check the harness and switches in the remainder of the control panel components. If you need to repost a question, please include the model number of your product. Thanks Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, April 13, 2016
