Hello Don. You will need to test the heater WP67002135 and the defrost thermostat 12001937. They should read closed for continuity when cold. If they are good, you will need to replace the defrost timer WP67001036. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
