Jake, It could be the timer, but first you should recheck the lid switch WP3949238 and wiring, again. and the water level switch W10335056 and wires as well. Either component or wiring, could distrupt the power supply to the motor and not allow it to run. If the switches and wires check OK, then replace the timer. Good Luck and Thanks
