Hello Gary. Check and make sure the pressure hose and air dome chamber is not clogged. If so, it can cause the unit to not fill. If it is clear, and the unit does not fill and starts to agitate, you will need to replace the pressure switch W10339251 on the unit. It tells the timer when the water level is correct to begin agitation. Hope this helps.
