Brian for Model Number 110.28522701 Started working on my washer because it would agitate. Technician bypassed the lid switch and all worked fine but the fill was extremely slow. Because I have hard water, I replaced the inlet valve, but now the washer will agitate after filling, but will not start the pump. Everything appears to be plugged back in fine. Thoughts? Hoping not to have to replace the timer.
Answer Brian, as the drain pump WP3363394 is operated by the motor going into a spin cycle, if the washer goes into spin it would be recommended that the pump is inspected for any clogs as well as the coupling of the pump being inspected for indications of excessively wearing out.
