Errol V for Model Number LSQ9665JQ1 Washer start, water come in,wash cycle complete,then it stops. Will not go to next cycle, which is to pump water out.I tried the other cycles, it will agitate but will not go to next cycle. I am stuck. Can u help?? Thanks.
Answer Errol, Your first check needs to be at the lid switch assembly 3949247V and strike WP358684. The washer is designed to fill and agitate with the lid open or closed. But the washer will not spin or drain unless the lid is down ( the lid switch is activated). Check and make sure the "strike" is not broken or missing, then check or replace the lid switch assembly.
