Hello Damon, This sounds from the description, like a "dead spot" in the washer timer WP22001924. The timer could be checked for voltage to the timer motor at the point it stops. If voltage is to it, the timer is the issue for sure. If not, it could be another component in the circuit like the water temperature switch 22001923, pressure switch 12002304, or the cold water valve WP22002360 for series 14 and higher or WP22001274 for series 13 and lower. As a note, the first two numbers of the serial number denotes the series number.
