Damon for Model Number LSE7806ACE Washer works fine until the dial gets to the rinse cycle. At that point it just stops. If I manually move the dial it will rinse, but the same thing happens on spin. If I hold the dial in a particular spot the machine will in fact spin and drain. Do you think the timer needs to be replaced? Thanks
Answer Hello Damon, This sounds from the description, like a "dead spot" in the washer timer WP22001924. The timer could be checked for voltage to the timer motor at the point it stops. If voltage is to it, the timer is the issue for sure. If not, it could be another component in the circuit like the water temperature switch 22001923, pressure switch 12002304, or the cold water valve WP22002360 for series 14 and higher or WP22001274 for series 13 and lower.
