Hello Smitty, You would want to pull the pump WP35-6780 off and check for restrictions in pump that would cause pump to not spin. Also check the bottom of unit. The center pulley is the thrust bearing. When you turn thrust bearing one direction it will just spin. If you turn the other direction it will lift the brake. Check to make sure it is lifting brake. If it is not lifting brake then you would need to replace thrust bearing 12002213 and brake WP35-6714. Also pull inner tub out and make sure that there is nothing in between the tubs that would cause not to spin.
