Jerry for Model Number PAVT454EWW The washer doesn't pump the water out during the spin cycle and the tub turns and a low speed unless you push the timer switch in and out a few times. When you do that it starts to pump the water and spin faster emptying the tub as it should. The pump is new, replaced 3 months ago along with the drive belt. I can't think of anything else it could be besides the timer or the 2 speed motor which I doubt.
