Hello Julie, This can be caused by a bad motor or a bad timer. You can test to see if 120Vac is supplied to the motor in the normal cycle positions. If not, replace the timer WP22001252. If so, replace the motor 12002353. The quality of this machine is very high so I would not hesitate to repair and retain it.
