Ryan, the voltage would be tested from the yellow wire to the black wire on the motor for the run winding and from the red wire to the brown wire for the start winding. If there is 120VAC during the agitation cycle, the motor 12002353 has failed. If there is not voltage, the timer WP22001252 has failed.

Hello Julie, This can be caused by a bad motor or a bad timer. You can test to see if 120Vac is supplied to the motor in the normal cycle positions. If not, replace the timer WP22001252. If so, replace the motor 12002353. The quality of this machine is very high so I would not hesitate to repair and retain it.

David, You will want to check the tub for cracks and make sure that the pressure hose is connected properly to the side of the tub. Also check to make sure that it is not leaking around the shaft of the transmission. If it is leaking from around the transmission shaft then the issue will be a tub seal that needs to be replaced.
