Ryan, the voltage would be tested from the yellow wire to the black wire on the motor for the run winding and from the red wire to the brown wire for the start winding. If there is 120VAC during the agitation cycle, the motor 12002353 has failed. If there is not voltage, the timer WP22001252 has failed.
