Mandy for Model Number LAT9704AAE When the washer is started all that will happen is the drum will fill with water (to the appropriate level selected) then stop but keep power. It will only run through an entire cycle when started at delicate 8-normal. This is the only cycle selected that will yield agitation. Should replacing the timer part solve this issue or should we I looking for another part?
Answer Hello Mandy, This does sound like a timer WP22001252 issue, but I would still check for voltage at the motor. If voltage is to the motor 12002353, the second speed winding could be bad.
