Hi. Do you also hear ticking while the timer is running? This is a indication of the timer aging. It does sound like the timer needing changed since you have intermittent issues of it completing the cycle fully drained. Also, remove the front panel and see if the drain pump part # WP22003059 is clogged. Clear all debris. If the impeller spins loose on the pump shaft or the pump armature flooded with water, then replace the pump. If there are suds then fill in low -cold water wash and then advance to a final spin and drain over and over until the suds are gone. Thank You.
