Joe, First thing to check is the cold water supply to the washer. Check and flush the pipes, check and clean the fill hose debris screens, and the fill valve debris screens. If the washer doesn't fill properly in the specified time(causing the water level switch circuit to close), when the control board checks for a circuit, and it is "open" the control "shuts down".
