Bruce for Model Number DE312 My questions originally started with a timer that wasn't working on the "Auto" settings but now my heater doesn't seem to be heating at all. Before whenever I opened the door, I could always feel heat. Now however, when I open the door, there is no heat at all. Could my original problem with the timer not working on the "Auto" settings have been caused by a heater going bad and now the heater has gone totally bad???
Answer Hello Bruce. You can test the heater WPY313538 with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. It should read closed for continuity. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
