Answer Hello Kim. You will need to test and see if there is power coming to the timer motor wires with the dryer running. If so, and the timer does not move, you will need to replace the timer WP33001624. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
