What's included: 1 dryer timer Install notes:
  • Disconnect power; for gas dryers, also turn off the gas supply
  • Access the control console; remove the old timer from its mounting and note wire locations
  • Photograph wiring and transfer leads to the same labeled terminals one at a time
  • Reassemble the console, restore power, and test that all cycle positions advance and shut off properly

Hello Crystal. Check and make sure you have 240 volts coming to the dryer at the terminal block W11705611. If that is good and the element and thermal cut-offs are good, you will need to test and see if your loosing power at the motor or the timer. You can test this with a multi-meter MA-DM1. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Hope this helps. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
