Vcoldduck for Model Number 11023812100 I asked a question on 1/18/11 and a bad timer #3131136 was said to be the problem. AP3131136 turned out to be the wrong timer which we are returning today for the proper one which has 2 harnesses. How do I know what position the knob go's in? And how does the knob come off. I'm asking this now so I'm not in trouble tomorrow. Do's the shaft of the timer have a flat spot or something?
Answer Hello Vcoldduck. Yes, there are flat groves cut into the timer shace for the proper locating of the timers dial. The knob WP3948416 for the timer unscres off the timers shaft. Hope this helps. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, January 20, 2012
