Alex for Model Number Kenmore 110.23832100 Top Load Washer (Series 80) The washer will step through the entire cycle, but it will not drain or rinse, (seems to stay stuck in agitate mode), unless we manually stop the cycle at the right time by pushing in the main cycle select knob and then pull it out to restart. It then proceeds correctly. If we let it go, it will finish with sudsy water in the tub. Tried it on a couple of the settings (Ultra Clean, Perm Press) with same results. So, bottom line is that the washer can operate in all modes (fill aagitate, drain rinse fill, spin, etc.) but not automatically as expected. Already replaced the lid switch (just to be sure). Is this a timer or control board issue? Thanks.
