Penny H for Model Number KDRP487Mss03 Oven light out replaced the bulbs auto switch and door locking mech all on the advice of a repair man. Left oven light is out, new parts did not fix light issue, now right oven cavity light has gone out. Will the cavity light transformer be the fix? There are showing two for this model number is one right oven left oven or what?
Answer Hello Penny. If there is no power from the light transformer, WP9760588, but is power to the transformer, you will replace the transformer. The other one you were asking about powers the control, not the lights. WP9760588 is the lights. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
