Salvador for Model Number KEYS850LQ0 I replace the heather element. but whe I turn the clock the element start right away before I push the button to star the drying cycle. what can be wrong. when I stop the machine the heater continues working it doesn't stop. I need help .
Answer Salvador, You will need to re check the element and the wires to the element and make sure they are not shorted or pinched to the cabinet/chassis ground. If the wires are OK, you'll need to replace the motor 279827, the centrifugal switch would be stuck "closed" and allowing voltage to pas to the element, even in the "OFF" mode. Read More...
