If your cooktop's downdraft ventilation isn't working or is louder than normal, the blower motor may need replacement. This repair is moderately difficult.
This blower wheel mounts on the drive motor and pushes air through the dryer drum and out the exhaust. Replacing a worn wheel restores proper airflow for consistent drying and helps prevent overheating and nuisance shutdowns. What it does:
