Joseph H Weeki Wachee , FL May 15, 2015 Appliance: Model PH48CS/01 The vent hood stopped working I called a local repair company and they said that it needed a new control unit. They called back a day or two later and told us that the part was no longer available. I couldn't image that a professional Thermador vent hood would be useless after only 9 years. I checked on line and found the part that was needed and ordered it. The order was processed quickly and efficiently and my wife and I installed the new parts and the hood works just like new. I would recommend your company even to local repair companies as a parts resource. The company that I called missed out on the work since they said that the part was not available.
