Phil C Phoenix , AZ March 28, 2016 E:09 on a bosch dishwasher I began looking for parts on your website and the initial google search took me to a bosh water heater. I was a little unsure about that particular part and so I wrote to your "ask a professional" section. He replied to me within about 24 hours. The part that Google directed me to was not correct and the technition from your website helped me find the right part very quickly. Shipping was extrememly quick and the price couldn't be beaten anywhere on-line. The heat pump was a little time consuming to change for a novice, but I got through it. I also saved several hundred dollars over what I was quoted by a repairman (and had a lot of fun doing it). David M Simsbury , CT September 03, 2021 Appliance: Model SHE68TL5UC/02 Bosch dishwasher model she68tl5uc/02 getting e15 code and water trap error It took several weeks to find the very slow leak. Was getting E15 error code & water trap error once a week. I would remove water from bottom case to clear the E15 code. Then about a week later the E15 code would trigger. I discovered a leak between the circulation pump and the sump assembly housing. I replaced the circulation pump heater assembly. Also replaced the check valve while I had dishwasher apart. The repair time was 2 hours. Thanks, Dave in CT. Read More... 7 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 1-2 hours Tools: Pliers, Screwdrivers

Christine E Wrentham , MA May 06, 2025 Appliance: Bosch Dishwasher SHE65T55UC/02 E15 We pulled the dishwasher out and ran a cycle to determine where the leak was coming from. This was a very slow leak but accumulated over time to trigger the float in the leak sensor. We determined that the leak was coming from the circulation pump. Considered replacing dishwasher or repairing with new circulation pump. We did some looking online and found your site with the online video. We watched the video and decided that we could do it ourselves as the video was very detailed and easy to follow. We are not professional but have done other repairs around the house on items such as replacing pool pump motor, fuses on dryer, pool booster pump etc. Not experts but not totally clueless either. Ordered the part and followed the video step by step. The entire replacement process took 1.5 hours. We went slow to be careful that we did not break anything on our 10 year old dishwasher. Runs perfectly now! Thanks for the great video and fair price on the part. We saved over $200! Read More...
