Robert D Fairfield , OH August 09, 2019 Bosch dishwasher vinyl coated dish racks had split vinyl and showed small rust spots Bought 2 new sets of tines, called "inserts" and replaced the old with new ones. It took me about 10 minutes from start to finish. I removed the entire middle rack so I could work from the bottom of it. I removed the snaps, removed the insert, replaced the snaps. super easy. Didn't look very difficult to replace and ultimately wasn't but so glad to have the repair videos. Had to remove and replace the row holders, just little clips. 5 minutes did the trick. Thanks.
