Bob F Theodosia , MO April 01, 2022 Bosch dishwasher would not stay on and water remained in bottom of washer Ordered and replaced sump pump, backflow preventer valve and turbidity sensor on Bosch dishwasher. The latter two parts were recommended when ordering the sump pump and did need replacing. The videos showing how to remove and replace each part are great. The project went well and the dishwasher is fixed for less than 1/4 of what it would cost to get a repairman out here. In all fairness we do live in a remote location and do not have any local appliance repairmen. This is the third project I have completed using Appliance Parts Pros. Fixed Bosch dishwasher, Samsung clothes dryer, and Samsung fridge in the past year or so. All are around 8 years old. I started more DIY after being charged a ridiculous sum (over $400) by a major chain for a refrigerator sensor replacement that lasted less than 30 days. They charged $80 for the incorrect part. I bought the correct one from Appliance Parts Pros for around $30. I have been retired for some time and am able and willing to pay for competent help but looks like I will have to DIY more than I planned. I rather enjoy it sometimes. I wrote several emails to family and friends after this latest repair highly recommending Appliance Parts Pros. Stephen A Avon , CT December 27, 2019 Appliance: Bosch Dishwasher SHX7ER55UC/50 E6 error code Bosch dishwasher SH7ER55UC/50 Changed out the door sensor and door latch, and Aqua sensor. Found after changing those 3 parts the same problem. However, I started looking at wiring harness from the control module on bottom right to door panel control and sure enough a partially cracked and exposed wire. That was the problem. I also noticed 2 other wires that were about to break. So I re-spliced 3 of the wires and reattached with wire connectors. Broken wires near the bottom I think the opening and closing of the door over the past 6 1/2 years created stress on wires. Problem solved. Plus I’ve got new parts in the machine but hey cheaper than a repair guy out here. Plus also learned how to change rinse aid and salt for water hardness issues. Scott W Stone Mountain , GA September 29, 2020 Bosch dishwasher was not draining Wow! Appliance Parts Pros is fantastic! I first had to replace the drain pump on my Bosch dishwasher. The first one, delivered quickly, arrived with a small broken part, but Appliance Part Pros sent another one overnight express. Later, when drain problems appeared again, I looked at videos and recommendations on their parts site and realized I should also have replaced the Turbidity Sensor and the Check Valve. Another easy order, quick shipping, and clear videos on how to easily replace the parts. Three months later my dishwasher is still working like new. A Bosch service call would have cost me hundreds of dollars. I will happily use Appliance Parts Pros whenever I have trouble with any of my appliances.
