Bosch 11050210 Sound Insulator OEM Part

After custom panel was removed replacement was obvious and simple. Took a while to find the custom panel instructions on the Bosch site to see which screws needed to be removed. This was in a separate document from the regular installation instructions. Made a pencil line on the metal as a guide and cleaned off old adhesive just to ensure new one stuck on OK.

Replaced the rubber piece. Unlike many DYI who removed virtually the entire inside door, I positioned the new sound guard (in the reverse position) on the front door, set it so when I folded the bottom piece (with adhesive strip) up, it would align perfectly. Then I taped it to the door giving me the freedom to slowly adhere the piece to the inside door frame.

Bought a new Sound Insulator, fit right in.

Complete door seal and lower door seal replacement, and new leak sensor float.
