Plates were coming out very grimy and there was a lot of grit in the glasses. I ordered new spray arms for both the top and bottom racks. David K Orland Park , IL January 31, 2021 Appliance: Model BOSCH-SHPM65W56N/10 Making noise. Dishwasher started making a rhythmic knocking noise. Lower spray arm seemed to be a little lose when rotated by hand. After watching APP video on how to replace, I decided to do it myself. APP recommended replacing upper spray arm along with lower arm. The video for this procedure was also extremely helpful. After replacing both spray arms, the dishwasher is as quiet as new. I did not use any tools. Read More...
