Dishwasher started making a rhythmic knocking noise. Lower spray arm seemed to be a little lose when rotated by hand. After watching APP video on how to replace, I decided to do it myself. APP recommended replacing upper spray arm along with lower arm. The video for this procedure was also extremely helpful. After replacing both spray arms, the dishwasher is as quiet as new. I did not use any tools.
