This oil seal is a common part engineered to work in engines that power generators, vacuum cleaners, snowblowers, leaf blowers, mowers, and other small engine applications. The seal sits between the crankcase and the crankshaft. It is designed as a barrier to prevent oil leakage and to stop contaminants from leaving the crankcase. When the gasoline engine exhibits diminished power, and especially if it begins to emit oily gray or bluish smoke, there is a good chance the oil seal needs to be replaced. In order to replace the faulty seal, begin by removing the starter housing and taking off the nut that holds the starter wheel to the main shaft. The user will find the old seal on this shaft. Remove it and install the new seal, pushing it into place with the edges of a socket, then tapping it securely into place with a hammer. When choosing a replacement seal, remember to use an OEM genuine replacement part that is guaranteed to match the specs for the original part. This will ensure a quality match and long replacement life. This seal is compatible with Toro, Lawn-Boy, and Briggs & Stratton engines.

The cylinder head gasket sits between the cylinder head and the engine block. It has seals that allow the internal combustion process to occur, while also ensuring that coolant and oil do not blend as they leave the engine block and go to the head. This repair will require the use of wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and other equipment, and it will be necessary to purchase any other components in need of replacement at the time of the repair. This OEM cylinder head gasket replacement is a part for engines on lawn mowers, pressure washers, chipper and shredders, as well as other gas-powered devices from Briggs & Stratton, Craftsman, Toro, Cub Cadet, Lawn Boy, Simplicity, and other manufacturers.

This part is a breather gasket. This specific breather gasket is manufactured for use with small engines. The breather gasket forms a seal between the breather and the cylinder. The breather itself relieves the pressure that is inside of the crankcase by allowing the air to exit but not allowing the air to enter. A new breather gasket may be needed if the breather itself seems to be clogged. It can sometimes become clogged with oil. It's recommended to replace the breather gasket any time the breather itself is serviced to ensure that a proper seal is maintained. This part is a genuine Midwest Engine part and is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer and it is sold individually. This specific breather gasket is compatible with engines, lawnmowers, and generators that are manufactured by Midwest Engine, Briggs and Stratton, Toro, and Lawn Boy.

This genuine replacement crankcase gasket creates an airtight seal on the crankcase so that oil and air do not leak out of the engine when it is running. Over time, this gasket is exposed to extreme pressure and high heat and will naturally deteriorate. It could become faulty and create leaks or it could break entirely. In either case, a full replacement of the gasket is the only solution. This OEM part can provide an exact fit for compatible lawn and garden equipment engines. This genuine crankcase gasket is manufactured to strict standards by Briggs & Stratton and is compatible with select engines on lawn mowers and generators from Briggs & Stratton, Lawn Boy, and Toro. This gasket is made of durable composite material and it is sold as an individual unit. Other gaskets, hardware, or related parts are all sold separately. The repair can be done with just a wrench, but be sure to allow the engine to cool entirely before beginning any repairs. Always wear gloves and disengage the spark plug for safety when performing engine work.

This authentic replacement oil seal is for use with a range of small engines. The oil seal is the lower seal that is located in the engine's sump. The seal is made to ensure that there are no oil leaks that could cause issues with the performance of the engine. If the seal is not working properly, it could result in leaks, and the machine may not have enough oil to function properly. Lack of oil can also cause serious issues with the engine. The oil seal is prone to wearing out over time. The seal can become worn and it can start to deteriorate the longer it is used. Owners should make it a point to replace the oil seals whenever they are changing their oil, oil filter, and gaskets. The oil seal is a genuine OEM replacement part, and it is sold individually. The oil seal is compatible with more than 150 different models of machine. This includes models of lawnmower, snowblowers, pressure washer, leaf blowers, generator, wood chipper, and other small engines. Compatible brands include Briggs & Stratton, Craftsman, Toro, Lawn-Boy, and Simplicity.

This genuine OEM gasket sits between the carburetor and cylinder to create a seal on a wide range of different lawn mower engines. The carburetor is responsible for mixing fuel and air, so it is important that it remains well sealed. The cylinder sits on top of the combustion chamber, and must also be sealed to provide the proper amount of pressure to drive the pistons. Therefore, it's crucial that nothing escapes from the engine where these two parts meet. Gaskets are designed to take a lot of wear and tear, but they can eventually blow after repeated exposure to heat and pressure. When a carburetor and cylinder gasket blows, the engine will not perform as well. Look out for vibrations, backfiring, low output, or an engine that stops shortly after startup. To replace this gasket, use a screwdriver, wrench set, and pliers to gain access to the carburetor's inner workings. This part is compatible with Toro, Lawn Boy, and Briggs & Stratton lawn mowers and comes sourced from its original manufacturer. This part ships individually.

This is a carburetor overhaul kit for 3.5 to 4 HP Max Series Quantum and 5 HP Industrial Plus Engines. It is secured to the side or top of a lawnmower engine, depending on the manufacturer. The carburetor is crucial to the overall performance of an engine because it is responsible for mixing the right amounts of air and fuel. The fuel from the fuel tank flows through a hose into the carburetor, which allows it to drip into a bowl. The carburetor can become dirty or clogged over time for a variety of reasons. When this happens, it is often a good idea to take it apart and replace the components inside. There are other telltale signs that the carburetor needs an overhaul or repair. These include an engine that won't start, an engine that's running lean, an engine that's running rich, and one that's flooded. This high-quality carburetor overhaul kit comes with everything needed to repair or rebuild a carburetor, including gaskets, needle, float, seals, and an instruction manual. Aside from lawnmowers, it works with specific models of leaf blower/vacuums, generators, pressure washers, wood chippers, and small engines from Briggs & Stratton, Craftsman, Cub Cadet, Lawn-Boy, MTD, Murray, Simplicity, and Toro. It is an OEM product sourced directly from the manufacturer and is sold individually. Please refer to the diagram of the specific model for the correct location and application of the components.

The carburetor has a float valve to control the flow of fuel from the tank to the reservoir. A float valve has three main components - a float, seat, and a needle. When there is adequate fuel level in the carburetor, the float will rise, prompting the needle to close against its seat and prevent overflowing. If the float valve is malfunctioning, it may overflow the carburetor. In some cases, it doesn't provide ample fuel into the carburetor. If you suspect that the needle and seat are faulty, don't waste another moment. Over time, a defective needle and seat can lead to more expensive repairs like a leaking carburetor and even an engine misfiring. For a genuine OEM replacement, get this Midwest Engine 398188 Needle & Seat Kit. Please take note that the Midwest Engine 398188 Needle & Seat Kit only comes with the needle and seat. If you also need a genuine Midwest Engine float replacement, you will need to purchase it separately.

This air cleaner gasket keeps air from leaking out. It seals the carburetor's top and air cleaner base together, preventing debris that may enter underneath the cleaner and completely bypass the filter. The carburetor needs clean air to make the combustible mixture for the engine. When tiny particles enter, carburetor and engine performance issues arise like rough starting and flooding. An air cleaner gasket replacement is easy. Disconnect the spark plug wire first. Then, remove the air cleaner door and remove the carburetor cover using a nut driver or a screwdriver. Unscrew the fasteners holding the air cleaner housing and then pull the housing towards you. Use a flat screwdriver to dislodge the gasket at the back. Align the new replacement into the housing and reassemble the components. This air cleaner is a genuine component of Midwest Engine. This brand-new OEM air cleaner will work with lawnmowers, engines, pressure washers, wood chippers, and generators made by Toro, Lawn-Boy, Craftsman, Simplicity, and Briggs & Stratton. This part is sold individually. Bolts and screws for the air cleaner housing are sold separately.

Engine gaskets are designed to seal and insulate various parts of the engine. Because they are subject to high heat and constant pressure, they can wear down and degrade over time. This can affect the seal of the engine and ultimately inhibit performance. If gaskets are left in disrepair, it can even create bigger problems in the engine. Therefore, a full replacement will be necessary. Gasket maintenance and replacement are considered parts of routine maintenance for lawn equipment. There are several of these gaskets found on lawn and garden equipment engines, and when more than one is faulty, it may be best to replace the entire set. This genuine set can be the perfect solution for compatible engines. This genuine OEM engine gasket set is designed to exact manufacturer standards and comes from Briggs & Stratton. This kit is designed for use with generator and lawn mower engines on select units from Toro and Briggs & Stratton. There are more than 150 units that can take this gasket set. These gaskets are made of durable composite materials and this set is sold individually, with a total of 18 gaskets included. Be sure to allow the engine to cool before replacing gaskets and always use the appropriate tools to prevent damage during replacement.

This OEM intake manifold o-ring seal is placed between two rigid parts to retain the pressure. It is manufactured from a flexible material that allows the o-ring to create a tight seal between the two parts. A new intake manifold o-ring seal may be needed if the o-ring itself is broken or worn and is not able to create a tight seal. Signs that the o-ring seal has gone bad is if the engine is overheating or the engine misfires or decreases in power during use. Remember to wear gloves when operating or performing care and maintenance on any outdoor power equipment machines. This genuine Midwest Engine part is sourced directly from the manufacturer and sold individually. This intake manifold o-ring seal is used on various lawnmowers and outdoor power equipment products manufactured by Midwest Engine, Briggs & Stratton, Toro, and Lawn Boy.

This O-ring seal is used in all sorts of lawn and garden equipment as a seal for the oil dipstick. It helps seal the system from debris and dirt that could otherwise reach the oil and end up in the motor. Over time, an O-ring will start to shrink, which can result in air and oil leaks and a poorly performing engine. If the O-ring has pits, blisters, or pocks on the surface, it will also need to be replaced. If an O-ring seal is worn, damaged, or clogged, it should be cleaned or replaced before the equipment that houses it is used again. A flat head screwdriver can be used to remove the damaged O-ring. Once the old one has been removed, a new one can be placed into the same position before using the tool. This O-ring seal is designed for lawnmowers, snowblowers, tillers, wood chippers, pressure washers, generators, and leaf blowers. It is compatible with equipment from Simplicity, Briggs & Stratton, MTD, Craftsman, Snapper, Toro, Lawn-Boy, and Cub Cadet. The seal is a genuine OEM replacement part directly sourced from the manufacturer. It comes with a single seal.

This exhaust gasket is a genuine Midwest Engine replacement part for appliances operated by small engines, such as chipper shredders, snowblowers, leaf blowers, and lawn mowers. An exhaust gasket's purpose in the engine is to create a sealed layer between the carburetor and the exhaust tube to keep dirt and debris out of the infrastructure of the engine. A malfunctioning or broken exhaust gasket could compromise the seal between the carburetor and the exhaust tube, meaning that dirt and debris could get into the engine and cause damage. An exhaust gasket could be subject to damage from overuse and is generally known to require replacement over time from general wear and tear. If the exhaust gasket seal is compromised, it should be replaced immediately. Evidence of dirt and debris compromising an engine could take the form of oil leaking from the carburetor, black smoke pluming from the exhaust tube, and lower engine pressure than usual. This exhaust gasket is compatible with the following brands: Briggs and Stratton, Cub Cadet, and Toro. This part sold individually.
