This electronic control board manages an appliance's core electronic and user-interface functions, restoring responsive controls and proper operation when the factory control has failed. It replaces a damaged or nonworking P.C. board to return normal control operation. What it does:

• Receives input from touchpads/buttons and sends commands to the appliance's systems
• Manages timing, cycles and electronic signals for features controlled by the main console

This thermistor senses the temperature inside the refrigerator bin/drawer and provides the control board with the signal it needs to regulate cooling. Replacing a bad thermistor restores accurate temperature readings and more consistent cooling. What it does:

• Measures bin/drawer temperature and sends a voltage/ohm signal to the control board.
• Helps the refrigerator maintain set temperatures by enabling proper compressor/fan control.
• Common symptoms of a failing thermistor: incorrect bin temps, inconsistent cooling, or temperature-related error codes.
• Use when diagnostics point to a faulty temperature sensor or when the thermistor is damaged.

• Always disconnect power to the appliance before starting any repair.
• Handle the sensor and wiring gently; avoid contaminating or bending the sensing tip.
• Reconnect using the original connector and route the harness the same way to prevent pinching.
