Anyone who has used a chainsaw knows how loud they are. This is because their engines are repeatedly producing small explosions of fuel and air. Manufacturers know just how loud this can be, so to help subdue their appliances roars, they usually add a muffler to their engines. This genuine OEM replacement chainsaw muffler collects most of the harmful elements that get expelled from the engine and slowly releases the remaining gas in a quieter, gentler way. Unfortunately, mufflers are often positioned in a way that makes them susceptible to damage. Bumps and knocks can dent the muffler, causing it not to work as effectively. If this happens, the chainsaw will perform noticeably louder. Replacing the muffler requires a screwdriver and socket wrench to access the exhaust system. Be sure not to loose any of the small parts, such as washers and screws, that hold the assembly in place. This part is compatible with both Craftsman and Husqvarna appliances and comes sourced from the original manufacturer. This part does not include any additional hardware.
This part is discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available for purchase.
This muffler bolt is an OEM replacement part that is sourced directly from the manufacturer. These bolts secure the muffler cover to the muffler on chainsaws, trimmers, and other small engines found in lawn and garden machines. Regular use can cause the bolts to loosen and possibly fall out of the cover. The muffler cover requires two bolts to secure it. These bolts have a hexagon-shaped head and require a hex key or Allen wrench to install or remove them from the cover. The muffler on small engines softens the noise coming from the machine. Being exposed to loud noise for long periods can lead to hearing damage. The muffler helps lessen this risk. The muffler cover protects the inner parts of the muffler. Rain, snow, dirt, and debris can cause rust and corrosion. Use the Allen key or hex wrench to loosen the muffler bolt if it is rusted or bent. Install the new bolt and tighten it using the hex wrench. The muffler bolt is made of high-quality steel and it sold as an individual part. The muffler cover requires two bolts to secure the cover. This bolt is compatible with chainsaws, hedge trimmers, and other small engines manufactured by Poulan, Weed Eater, and Husqvarna.
This genuine OEM muffler gasket is sourced directly from the manufacturer for use in weed eaters and chainsaws to diminish the noise level. The muffler gasket seals the space where the engine and muffler connect to prevent air and noise from getting in or out. If the gasket is damaged or missing, hot air from the engine would escape and melt the housing cover. The noise level can be affected as well. During routine maintenance, the muffler housing should be removed to examine and replace the gasket. The cost is negligible so this gasket should be routinely replaced; don't wait for damage to the housing. A wrench or socket set and a screwdriver are needed for the replacement. The engine and muffler must be cool to touch before repairing. Remove the screws holding the housing cover and set the lid aside. Use the ratchet to remove the screws from the muffler. Remove and replace the gasket on the backside of the muffler. Reassemble the muffler unit using the ratchet to secure the screws. Reinstall the housing cover. The muffler gasket is sold as an individual unit. It is designed for use in weedeaters and chainsaws manufactured by Craftsman, Husqvarna, Poulan, and Poulan Pro.
This ball bearing and seal are used in a range of chainsaw models. It acts as part of the blade assembly and is designed to both lessen friction and stabilize moving parts. This bearing is also set within a race and the entire race/bearing/seal assembly must be replaced at the same time. The bearing is encased with a rubber seal, which prevents fuel leakage and keeps the engine working smoothly. It does not impede the bearing as it turns. Ball bearings are placed in high contact areas and wear down due to friction. They need to be regularly replaced for optimal performance. If the engine shows difficulty while running, or is louder than usual, the seal or bearing may have worn down. This OEM replacement part is sourced from the manufacturer and works with certain models of Poulan small engines, including the Poulan/Poulan Pro 2900, and Husqvarna chainsaws. This part replaces parts 530019259 and 530047827, both of which are obsolete.
The Fuel Pick Up Assembly is an OEM part for Husqvarna outdoor power equipment, including chainsaws, trimmers, and blowers. This assembly is responsible for drawing fuel from the tank to the carburetor, ensuring the engine receives a steady supply of fuel for optimal performance.
Over time, the fuel pick up assembly can become clogged or damaged due to debris in the fuel, exposure to ethanol-blended gasoline, or regular wear and tear. If the fuel pick up assembly is compromised, it can lead to poor engine performance or difficulty starting the equipment.
Symptoms of a bad fuel pick up assembly include:
This OEM Husqvarna part ensures proper fuel delivery and compatibility with your outdoor power equipment.
