This is a Whirlpool freezer gasket. If the freezer is having difficulties staying at temperature and the old gasket is damaged or off track, replacing the gasket could fix the problems. A faulty gasket could also lead to higher levels of ice and frost build up in the freezer. This could potentially raise an energy bill because it causes the freezer to stay engaged longer. Higher levels of frost build up could ultimately damage other components. Pull the old gasket out before installing the new one. It doesn't matter if the old part gets snagged or torn when it's taken out since a replacement is ready. Be sure not to break any of the fastening clips around the edge of the freezer. Slowly insert the gasket around the outer edges of the freezer lid, inserting the lip of the gasket into the cut out areas. Make sure the gasket is held tightly in place before shutting the freezer lid. This part is sourced directly from the manufacturer as a genuine OEM replacement part. This gasket is only available individually and is not included with any other parts or the original appliance. This product is compatible with Whirlpool brand freezers.

This refrigerator ice auger sits inside the ice bin and rotates to move cubes or crushed ice toward the chute. Replacing a worn, bent, or stripped auger restores smooth, consistent dispensing performance. What it does:
Found bad auger motor drive shaft, it was rounded on the end that goes into motor. While I was there I replaced the seal, auger (old one rusty) and coupler. The new auger is stainless steel (I believe and slightly longer) and should not corrode like old white one. If changing auger, make sure you put the assembly back together correctly (take a few pics of the old one and lay it out as taken apart). As always, parts arrived quickly. Read more

Checked out the video on your site on how to disassemble the ice maker. Was really easy when you know the correct sequence. Only 3 screws and it's out of the freezer. Disassembled the ice maker on my kitchen counter and replaced the ice stripper. Reassembled and installed back in my freezer. It is as good as new Read more
This electronic power supply board converts incoming AC power to the low-voltage DC used by the refrigerator's controls and components. Replacing a failed board restores stable power to the UI, fans, lights, and cooling functions.
Replaced the main circuit board, evaporator fan motor, and power supply. Probably did not need to change the power supply but did so just to be safe. Replaced the fan motor because I was advised it could be the cause of the circuit board failure. Got a rebuilt main circuit from Circuit Board Medic because new ones are no longer available. This product is a Whirlpool refrigerator drip pan for the evaporator. The drip pan is in place to catch water created from defrosting or condensation created by the evaporator. A damaged or clogged pan will lead to water leaking underneath the appliance. Substantial leaks from the refrigerator need to be inspected. Typically the two leading causes would be a worn-out seal from the door causing ice to melt or a clogged or damaged drip pan. Carefully examine the drip pan to ensure it's not just a clog, which is easily fixable. Any cracks or more significant damage means a replacement should be ordered.Access the drip pan by removing the bottom vent of the refrigerator. The drip pan is connected to the evaporator. Unplug the refrigerator to ensure safety before making any repairs. Carefully unscrew the nut that fastens the connecting line between the evaporator and the drip pan with a wrench. Remove the old drip pan and insert the new product. Make sure the nut is tight enough to make a good connection between the evaporator and the new component. This product is compatible with Whirlpool, Admiral, Magic Chef, Jenn-Air, and KitchenAid appliances. This is a genuine OEM product sourced directly from the original manufacturer.
I dealt with an obnoxious buzzing/grinding noise from the freezer ceiling fan (as ice dripped down and the blades churned against it). Later, the water dripped into the rest of the freezer compartment and delivered a nice coating of ice on everything. I'm a new homeowner, and never opened a fridge before, so I'm a novice & this is my 1st experience. (1) I removed all food from the refrigerator/freezer. (I had a 2nd, luckily. You could rent one for the day if needed.) Turn off the power... Read more
