I just removed the metal panel by unscrewing the Torx screws from the backside. The fascia is held on by 2 torx screws on the front. It's a bad design as someone else stated. Replaced the buttons on the new fascia and reattached all.
The serial number/model number sticker that was on the right side of the door was gone, so I found the part number of the fascia/handle on the back of the part. I used that with a quick google search and found the part here.
The fascia does not come with buttons or the silver handle. The handle can be removed easily by placing the fasica on a hard service, placing a screw driver horizontally on the center tab and giving it a quick tap with a hammer to pop it off.
