How to Troubleshoot & Replace Bosch AP4369140 / 00615352 Endcap

I ordered these from Appliance Parts Pros. They fit perfectly! I have ordered in the past, many different parts for fixing my appliances as needed. 

Replaced the endcap by removing screws on the inside of the door. There were several torx screws on the inside of the door (sides and top). Don't remove all the top screws as a couple hold the electronics in place and should not need to be removed (i.e. yanking the wires). Also, the screws were not all the same length so make a note of the locations you removed them from. 

Removed the inner door panel and removed the handle screw and replaced the end cap. Replaced the handle screw and reinstalled the inner door panel. 

Ordered two new ones and replaced the broken ones. 

Called to order the part and to perform the repair. Had to remove the front cover of the dishwasher door to access the end cap screw from the rear of the cover. Replaced the part and completed the repair in about 30 minutes. The hardest part was properly lining up and screwing back the front door cover to the door which required 10 individual screws to secure. The service rep at AppliancePartsPros.com was outstanding and very helpful in ensuring that the end cap parts ordered were the proper ones for my particular Bosch Model #, and she also gave me some verbal information on how to remove the outside cover of the washer door to gain access to the screws securing the handle end caps from the inside of the door cover. These folks are great and I highly recommend the use of their services. 

Watched a quick Youtube video to understand the process and make sure I wasn't missing any steps. Replaced both End Caps on my Bosch dishwasher. 

We followed the instructions on the YouTube video online. The instructions were easy to follow and took less than 20 minutes to complete. 

The fix went great. I ordered the part and hired someone to install the part. Didn't have to do anything except pay. 

I ordered the end caps and watched the video on replacing. Removed around 10 screws from the inside of the door and the exterior panel slipped right off 

Removed screws on back of door to remove door face (easy). Screws holding broken plastic handle spacers are accessed from inside. New ones installed easily. Total time less than 30 mins and I’m a novice do-it-yourselfer. Great service from Appliance Parts Pro, and fast delivery. Their website was easy to navigate too. Roy H.
