How to Troubleshoot & Replace Bosch AP4369140 / 00615352 Endcap

We ordered a replacement stainless steel front door panel from Appliance Parts and very easily replaced the front door panel. I received excellent service from Appliance Parts when I called and when I submitted my question on line. 

Removed the white face and replaced it with the stainless face. Easy schmeesy. 

Removed front cover and put new endcap on handel and replacd the front cover 

I ordered the proper parts with the help of Gloria of the parts department and watched the youtube video from your web site on how to repair the door handle. The only trouble I had was one of the side screws on the door was stripped and I had to drill it out in order to open the outside door cover. After that I followed the directions on your fine video and the repair was completed in short order. And what is amazing is the dishwasher looks great and still works. Thanks Appliance Parts Pros. Ordered new door handle end caps. Took off about 10 screws on the door panel to get to the screws that hold the handle. Removed screws on door handle replaced end caps. Putting back together is a little tricky because a second set of hands is need to hold the control panel while you slip it onto the door panel. Replace screws, and your done. Took about 10-15 minutes and the only tool is a Torx 20 screwdriver. 

Upgrading our kitchen with new SS microwave wanted to upgrade dishwasher as well. Parts were delivered fast and correct for our dishwasher. Removal of white panel and handle was easy, reattachment took two people, but everything lined up great. Remember to move insulation and styrofoam to new door. Waiting for SS panels for Sub Zero. Too bad the Bosch oven can't be changed to SS. 

Took the screws out of the interior part of the dishwasher door, which released the front panel and exposed the screws attaching the handle to the door. Took those screws out and replaced the end caps/spacers on the handle, reattached the handle and the front panel and was done. The only tricky part, doing it alone, was getting the front panel back in place in order to attach the screws. 

I found the exact replacement parts on APP, ordered online and received them in two days. I followed other reviewer's procedure for removing the stainless steel Torx head screws on the inside of the dishwasher door (there were ten on my door). After removing screws, carefully lift exterior door panel off of door and lay face down on your corner and rmove two screws attaching the handle to the panel. Remove old or broken end caps, replace with new and re-attach with screws. Reassemble door panel to door and wallah, you have successfully made your door handle like new.
