Using APP's repair video, changed door latch parts. Still would not latch. Checked dishracks for the 50th time (still had dishes in it) did not see a problem. Removed the center rack and door latched. When replacing rack, happened to notice the handle of a coffee mug sticking out of the rear of the rack. A real DOH! moment. We're talking like a half an inch of a handle sticking out stopped the door from fully closing. Problem solved. A lesson to look harder was learned. On the bright side, APP part came the day before promised and was not expensive. I saved the old part as backup as it was not the problem. Feeling like quite the Dumb A, but just have to let it go!
