How to Troubleshoot & Replace Bosch AP2802354 / 00170664 Dishwasher Mounting Bracket Set

These brackets fit perfect for my Bosch and Were really easy to install 

Ordered side mount Bosch brackets from Appliance Parts, that was the easy part. Had to retract the legs, disconnect the (short) water supply line, then remove the door gaskets to get the unit out of the cabinet area to install the side mount brackets. Repair took over 90 minutes unlike the quick video demonstrated. 

Using the parts from Appliance Parts Pros, replaced and drain hose and airgap for a remodels I'm doing. New anchoring clips made the install of the existing dishwasher easy and after running a cycle- NO LEAKS!! 

Replaced control unit to fix. The initial problem included no water fill. So also replaced the water inlet valve/solenoid and float control switch. No circuit diagram. Deduced problem by checking voltage (or lack thereof) at circulation motor. Controller retention in the faceplate was clever and tricky to remove. Pulled dishwasher from cabinet to check voltage at the motor. 

Watched the videos on Appliance Parts Pros and followed the super easy instructions to replace the power button and the cabinet mounting bracket that had come loose. Saved me so much time and now my wife thinks I am useful! 

Found video on bracket and ordered needed parts. Easy to install. Video was great. 

Removed the old and installed the new. 

We had our countertops replaced and our dishwasher had been mounted to the countertop. Removed the side gaskets (4 screws), pulled the dishwasher out a few inches, attached the metal brackets to the dishwasher, slid it back in place, predrilled the holes then screwed the brackets into the top corner of our cupboards, reassembled the gaskets.
