How to Troubleshoot & Replace Frigidaire AP5630701 / 218906802 Light Socket

Watched the repair video, and then ordered the part. The whole repair took less than 10 minutes. 

I ordered the light socket from AppliancePartsPros.com. Disconnected the power to the refrigerator. I removed the old socket with a flat head screwdriver and disconnected the wires. I reconnected the wires to the new socket and inserted it into place. It was quick and easy. 

Ordered part from you and put it in and problem solved. 

Replaced light bulb socket works fine now. Once again part and instructions on film were just great. Replacement part arrived in a very timely fashion. 

Googled Frigidaire appliances. Went to minor probs and there it was under lighting. Punched in model # and located correct lighting switch. Ordered it. My only complaint is the exaggerated shipping cost, which was more than the actual part. Switch arrived a week later. Installed it and we were back in business. 

Popped off the cover, then released the front tab and the old socket came right out. Disconnected 2 wires from the old socket and installed on the new. Popped it back in and working fine now. 

By watching the video your company gave me when I ordered the part. The video was very easy explaining how to replace the part and it was easy. Very happy with the service you have with the videos on replacing the parts that a person needs to fix the problem. I will order from this company again when I need a repair on my appliances. 

Replaced light socket -- very simple with instructions given on website. 

First i tried replacing the bulb, then i tried replacing the switch on the side, finally i tried replacing the light socket. Light socket resolved issue and it took all of 5 minutes to pop out the old and pop in the new one. Great price and quick ship time.
