I WROTE TO APPLIANCE PARTS PRO ON THEIR WEB SITE AND EXPLAINED MY PROBLEM AND WHAT I HAD ALREADY TRIED DOING TO TROUBLESHOOT THIS DOUBLE PROBLEM. ONE OF THEIR TECHS WROTE ME BACK WITH SUGGESTIONS OF HOW TO FURTHER TROUBLESHOOT THE PROBLEMS AND WITH LIKELY CONCLUSIONS AS TO WHAT THE PROBLEMS WERE.AFTER DOING WHAT WAS SUGGESTED I CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT IT WAS PROBABLY THE CONTROL PANEL FOR THE OVEN AND THE IGNITOR FOR THE STOVE. I ORDERED THE IGNITOR FROM APPLIANCE PARTS PRO BUT WAS TOLD THE CONTROL PANEL WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I CALLED THEM AND THEY TOLD ME OF A COMPANY THAT REPAIRED OLD CONTROL PANELS, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS REALLY VERY NICE OF THEM AS THEY DID NOT HAVE TO DO THAT. I SENT MY CONTROL PANEL OFF AND RECEIVED IT BACK INSTALLED, IT AND HALLELUJAH IT WORKED.THANKS TO APPLIANCE PARTS PRO AND THEIR PEOPLE I WAS ABLE TO FIX MY OVEN AND STOVE MYSELF. THANKS GUYS I WILL ALWAYS USE YOU IN THE FUTURE AND HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED YOU TO PEOPLE AT WORK.
