How to Troubleshoot & Replace Frigidaire AP4368336 / 903136-9020 Surface Burner Infinite Switch

Stove - I replaced all 4 control knob switches, receptacles and heating elements. Dishwasher - I replaced the lid. 

Burner element was broken and partially melted. Didn't know if element or switch or kettle started it. Switch smelled burnt and bad; "burner on" light was on regardless of switch position. Traded with another burner switch; light went out. Ordered new infinity switch, burner element, plug for burner element, & drip pan. Watched Appliance Parts Pros videos (the plug one simplified that part). Replaced items. Range works fine. Received parts in one day with regular shipping. Great service! 

I tested the continuity of the burner element then found that the control was not working. 

Replaced the surface burner switch. 

Replaced element switches with OEM replacement. Online ordering and delivery worked flawlessly. 

Replaced burner control switch. 

Replaced two thermostat control switches. At first it appeared that the replacement switches suggested and sent to me would work but after calling to verify that the correct parts were sent the support staff assured me they would work. So I replaced them and they are working fine. I would suggest a little more detailed information be included in the replacement part packaging to assist other purchasers. 

New switches. 

Took apart the front panel and switched one cable at a time, cleaned and re assembled. Everything works fine now. Never done this before so, took a little time to look everything over, once I started it went smooth. Parts were easy to install, thanks! You were the only ones to have all switches in stock and at a great price. Overnight delivery was definitely a bonus!
