I popped off the control panel and found that 2 switches had been pushed in, breaking their plastic retainer cups. I determined that glue would not help the situation, so ordered the plastic control panel (about $100). It arrived the next day and it literally took less time to twist in the switches and attach the panel than it took to write this review. Everything is good. I feel dangerously close to being an appliance repairman
