The lady I worked with was very helpful and the part arrived within a few days. She made the process very easy and the prices were great. I would highly recommend them to all my friends.
I gave it 4 out of 5 because I did know that you had to order the piece that holds on the filter. I thought it would be part of the packet. That was my fault, so had to call them and order the last part. But they are very helpful.
