Ashok, There should be a 0 or a 1 after the M in your model number that is located on the unit. This will determine parts for the model. This model will use the slide WE22X35337 regardless if it has the 0 or the 1.

Stephanie, Ot's not done that way, first, install the "slide" WE22X35337, It appears that the slide grid would just snap on and off. You would use a putty knife to get under the old one to remove and then just snap the new one on. you may need a putty knife or small flat blade screwdriver to remove the original slide, then "snap" the new glide in place. Insert the filter into the opening, then slide the grid into place.

Hello Ima. Check and see if the tabs are broke and if so, you will need to replace the slide on the unit. It should just snap into place.
