1 Answer Stephanie, Ot's not done that way, first, install the "slide" WE22X35337, It appears that the slide grid would just snap on and off. You would use a putty knife to get under the old one to remove and then just snap the new one on. you may need a putty knife or small flat blade screwdriver to remove the original slide, then "snap" the new glide in place.
