Initially cleaned -wife using smaller hands. Better idea to review why there is no SOP on the matter, and replace the part. While pricing the door discovered nice pricing on drip tray, and while at it the touch pad was cracking, as well as the freezer slide out handles broke (and we thought they were just covers), so bought all we thought we could use. Disassembly was a little concerning due to never disassembled since bought. But all was easy enough. Using a pry-tool putty knife we disengaged the bezel. Unscrewed the control pad. Ice door was an easy snap out /in. Touch pad was connector-ized (no brainier there), all else simple swap and or snap back. Notes: wiring held by masking tape. Suggest take a picture before assembly, then reassemble using picture as guilde. Bezel a little challenging to snap back in. Be patient while working it to clear the little obstacles as it may require a sense of an even approach.
