Removed the dozen or so screws on the microwave cabinet housing (top & 2 sides). Removed the 2 screws from the assembly holder hut bracket and replaced the assembly holder nut with a new one and re-installed the 2 screws. Re-installed the dozen or so screws on the cabinet. Finally re-installed the microwave with the 2 new 3-7/8'" long bolts thru the kitchen cabinet.
