How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2024076 / WB24T10029 Range Surface Burner Control Switch

I ordered the infinite switch from the model number I had provided and the website showed me the part that was needed. Received the part and installed it on stove and it works fine. Solved the problem. 

UNPLUG RANGE.... Removed back panel on range control area and replaced switch with new one and reverse steps. 

Replaced the large burner control switches for the ones giving trouble. Since the other two switches had seen as much use as the faulty ones, replaced them too. After putting in new switches, found that one large burner had burned out so replaced it also. Range now cooks as good as new 

Replaced infinite switch and it fixed the problem. Also replaced switch for 8" burner. Exact replacements and super fast shipping. 

Replaced both control switches. 

Replace the infinite control switches. Be aware that the 8" infinite switch is for a large burner and what is called "Infinite Control Switch" is for a small burner. 

I watched AppliancePartsPro's video on how to fix it. It was very simple. Took 10 minutes. The part came fast as well. 

Replaced infinite control switch 

Replaced the range control switch on two of the burners. 

Purchased temperature dial , stove element, and plug in connector. How I fixed it. Disconnect power first. Unplug wires from old switch and plug into new switch. Replace old connector with new connector run wires to new temperature switch. Reassemble and plug in New stove element. Turn power back on. All good, working again.
