Hubby and I pulled the plugs out..one was however a bear, but did final get it out! Your video on line explaining how to do that was incredible at confidence building and explained very well what needed to be done! We could not not have completed this project without that video!! I had a local repair shop come out last year and they have me a price of $300 to fix it! With you folks it cost us $12.00 in parts and about 45 minutes of our time...it would have been done in a shorter time period if one switch had not been a bugger to get out! All in all, we love the site and totally appreciate you helping DIY folks like ourselves save a lot of money and get the job done like a professional!
