How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2621539 / WE1M461 O Ring

Replaced both front and rear bearing and belt as well, videos really helped out thank you 

Wrote down model number and went online. Found appliancepartspros.com and watched a few videos. Took dryer apart after realizing how simple repair was and determined which parts I needed. Ordered parts and received them in 2 days. Repaired dryer in less than 1 hour. Been perfect since. 

With the help from my wife, we tore the unit down and sort of did a process of elimination and discovered other items that needed to be replaced. We looked the parts up on the computer, placed an order and had the items shipped by next day service. 

Disassembled dryer and removed drum 

Replaced bearing slides and bearing sleeve, while in there replaced felt ring. 

Followed videos for each part; very easy installation on all items. Took me longer to get everything apart than repair & reassembly. Videos were concise, chat was helpful, price was the best I found, and shipping was unbelievably fast. Seriously, less than 18 hours. I'm a fan. 

Replaced the rear bearings assembly. Replaced the front glides (bearing slides) as they showed wear. Replaced drive belt as proactive maintenance. Simple repair. Dryer is very quiet at this point. All the parts arrived in good order. Thank you. 

Replaced parts but still rubbing the metal. Not sure why. 

It wasnt hard, not fun, but not hard. now its fixed and the parts came the very next day, if i have to buy parts again it will be from Appliance Parts Pros, very happy with their service and shipping. 

I replaced the rear bearing,front slides and felt. This fixed the squealing and rubbing drum. After replacing the belt that stopped the thumping. The repairs were easy . The videos helped although I have experience with washers and dryers of all makes. They are helpfull
